Kamanda Mansaray is a serving pastor and our church’s long-term missionary doing village ministry in Sierra Leone. He founded Grace School in Matainkay, and brings a Gospel film outreach to surrounding villages. He is affiliated with Village Ministries International.
A heavy storm hit their village last week, (May, 2026) ripping the roof from their school and destroying all the contents within. There was also extensive damage to the homes of church members and villagers. Falmouth Baptist Church is the sole supporter of this village. Our Missions Committee has sent $5,000 to help the school. Additional aid is needed to help the village residents rebuild their homes. There are ten homes that need roof repair at a cost of $700 each.
